"Important Note for Headwear Purchases"

Flexfit & Yupoong Headwear will not accept the return of items for headwear products under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances.

For hygiene and health reasons, headwear cannot be returned or exchanged. 
Headwear is worn in close contact with the most sensitive areas of the body.
Even when tried on briefly, there is a risk of transferring bacteria or other contaminants.

To protect all our customers and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, we must treat headwear as final sale items.

Please ensure you have selected the correct caps prior to finalizing your purchase.


FAULTY PRODUCTS

We guarantee our merchandise offered to be free of manufacturing defects.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, or your item proves to be defective in workmanship or materials even after 60 days with normal wear (excluding material fade or stains), we will always accept the item for assessment and provide a refund if validated as faulty.

Colour shade variations are inherent with any fabric during the dyeing process and we cannot guarantee colour shades will match previous shipments.

Exposure to light (sun) or moisture (water or sweat) may cause fading or discoloration and this is not considered a manufacturing defect in the cap.
So we offer no guarantee or warranty for fading or moisture stains.

Please ensure that all parcels received by you are checked and confirmed as correct.
It is your responsibility as the customer to checked and confirmed your order has been supplied correct.

No exchange or refund will be applied or offered to hats that have been altered, rebranded or embellished even if it is established that we have sent the wrong goods.

Please supply your order #, faulty product description and image to reference the fault to msoffice@macleodscotland.com

If the product is deemed fault an RA# number will be issued to return the product and arranged for collection.

The item with be inspected by our team.
If it is determined a refund is necessary, the transaction will be processed and automatically applied to your method of original payment within 7/10 working days.

Please note that depending on the financial institution it may take an additional 2 days for the money to show up in your account.
